Fast and friendly service, they came same day as my call and were able to get my heat working again. The receptionist who took my call was very friendly and helpful, the technician that came out was also friendly and knowledgeable about what unit I had and what needed to be done to fix it. The pricing was incredibly fair for what work was done. I was very impressed with the quality of work done as well. I highly recommend McCoys for all work you need done.

I have been a customer with McCoy's for about 20 years. Their servicenhas always been great. When heat or air stopped working they werenresponsive the same day to evaluate the problem and repair. If partsnwere needed they correctly recommended. When the unit had was notnworth repairing because of age 15-20 years they recommendednreplacing. Always giving a correct and understandable explanation.nTheir first goal is to get you back in operation. Honest Same day service at it's best!! Anytime I have ever had to call about my unit; weather it be in the summer for my A/C or the winter for my heat, I am always made to feel like my issue is first and foremost top priority. The ladies at the office are always so sweet and more than willing to help and are always so accommodating. Thomas and John are the BEST technicians!! Best part is that they (the technicians and office workers) all actually communicate with each other and with the customers.

This is the second time using McCoy, the first was for an A/C problem and this time it was for a heating problem. The young man (David) was very kind, professional, and courteous. We appreciate the kind of service people you send to repair our HVAC system. Your technicians are the best and we will continue to use your company for future services. We had to call for repair on our heat on Sunday Valentines Day. Our service person David was prompt, courteous and got our unit repaired quickly. The temperature outside was 15 degrees with snow and ice but he had a smile on his face and completed the job quickly!
