My family has been coming to this clinic for the past 7 years. We absolutely love this Clinic! The staff are very knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and just all around awesome. The physicians are excellent; very thorough and patient. I recommend this Clinic to every family that needs excellent healthcare.

Just called up there and spoke to a Destiny. She was very very rude and nonchalant. I asked if they were doing covid testing and her response was “It depends.” I asked ok, depends on what? She said “it depends on your symptoms if the provider will or not” so I explained to her that both my brother and mom have it and I’ve haven’t been feeling well the past 2 days. Her response was “you can come talk to her, but doesn’t mean she’s going to see you” I called my mom right after because she went to the same clinic & found out the same receptionist was rude to her & my brother as well. Times are too hard for everyone to experience such unprofessionalism & rudeness especially when you’re sick. She needs an attitude adjustment and a crash course on customer service because she lacks that tremendously to be a front desk clerk.

Its 120 just to walk in.. completely overpriced.. this is why people walk around half dieing

Been going to this clinic for over 5 yrs, went to the location in 3 way for about 5 yrs prior. Never had a problem at this location with staff & the doctors are always nice. Sometimes you can tell the nurses have had a bad day prior but I can only imagine some of the ignorance they deal with daily. I've had more quick visits than long waits. But if I walk in and the waiting room is full, common sense tells you that its gonna be a min before you get to be seen. The staff does a great job with getting you to a room and seen by the NP and back on the road. My wife & kids also go to this location and we all have positive things to say. We have been thru a few insurance changes in recent yrs & besides a few pieces of paperwork the transition was smooth. We haven't received any bills that were not correct as far as fees and insurance payout. I can complain about the ridiculous things that most expect at a doctors office, but the good traits have won. Great doctors, well trained staff with short to usual doctors office wait times.
