I love working with Welcome Back Travel! I've used other travel agents in the past, but none even come close to Jennifer! She is organized, gives honest opinions, and has done multiple resort visits at every location she has been to. She gets to know your traveling preferences and fits the best fit for you, taking all the hassle out of travel. She is truly the best!

We were referred to Jen & she helped us plan an amazing, stress-free vacation to Secrets Plays Mujeres in Mexico! Jen was very easy to work with, quick to respond, and very thorough in her vacation planning. I don't think I would ever book a trip on my own again! Welcome Back Travel was very affordable and the info she provided upfront made it seem like we knew our way around the resort before we even got there.

Jen was amazing and helped us find the best deals to accommodate a family of 6 on a Disneyland adventure! She replied quickly if we had questions via email and even checked in with us right before our trip to see if we had any last minute questions or needs. We just got back from our vacation at Secrets Capri Rivera in Cancun Mexico. This is the first time I've used a travel agent and I'm so happy that we decided to go with Jennifer and Welcome Back. After speaking with several other agents, I wasn't feeling like we were getting good customer service and that our budget and trip parameters were being taken seriously. One message to Jennifer, and she had the perfect recommendations within a day. Our travel to and from the resort was a breeze. We didn't have to worry about a thing! Jennifer's tips for packing and the resort experience were right on. Because we booked several months in advance, I loved the payment plan. I feel so much more comfortable traveling having the support of a good agent. The last thing you want to do is worry on your vacation. Jennifer helped us plan our entire destination wedding along with all the accommodations for the wedding party and guests. She was AMAZING I will go back to her again and again to help us plan any trips! She most recently helped my husband plan a surprise trip for me to Vegas. It was a blast and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! I give Jennifer a 10/10 any day of the week!
