The sales representative Jacob went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely patient and answered all questions I had. I bought three new phones and he made sure each one was exactly what I wanted. He helped me to pick out the best accessories to protect my phones before leaving. I am very happy with the customer service I received.

Me and my husband went to a store in Knoxville and upgraded phones but they would not take the time to explain my bill or sell us any of the accessories needed for our new phones. The blonde manager here was extremely helpful in explaining our bill and helping us pick out accessories that would protect our new iPhones. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to come here from now on. Great customer service and she was super nice unlike the Knoxville location

My wife went to this store and bought an IPhone 12. She paid $416 and the salesman Jacob gave her an IPhone 11. When we went back to get an exchange he refused to give her an exchange or refund. He sent us to Morristown and they said they would have to charge her $56 to give her a refund, we would have to go back to Jefferson City. We went back there and he then said he would exchange it but we would have to pay $99. We asked for w refund and he laughed and said call customer service. We asked if he could help us with customer service and he said he wasn’t allowed to call customer service. We asked to speak to a manager and he told us that managers do not talk to customers. He laughed and said it was human error and there is nothing more he could do. We are out $416.

Representative and manager both helped to find the best solution to fix my issue caused by a representative that clearly had no clue what they were doing at Sam’s Club in Knoxville. Will come to this location for anything I need in the future
