Very helpful employees..enjoy the visit every time..went there today 4/9/2021.Was very busy employees were swamped..need more help..store reset was also going on..but I love this store.

As usual we had a great time shopping at tractor supply. The employs there are always friendly and always waiting to help you find items you need or any other help they can be for you. Great job Tractor Supply Jefferson City TN.....

Good customer service. Got big roll of fence they loaded for me no problems. They also helped with the type of fence that I needed which was good.

This location is MUCH better than the Morristown location! People are friendlier, it's stocked well and its clean. My only complaint is that disinfecting wipes and/or hand sanitizer were not available at the buggies for customers. No biggie though because I had my own.

Nobody acknowled me or offered to help me. I wandered around on my own to find what I wanted. Too many other places to do business with.
