I called Total Group for assistance with my heat pump that was not properly heating my house while it was in the teens at night. Kassandra was super helpful and kept me up to date on scheduling. James came out to assess the unit and was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair the unit. I am super thankful for the professionalism and great customer service that I received from Total Group and will be using them going forward for maintenance and repair calls.

The staff and technicians were all very nice so I need to start by saying that. BUT I feel I was extremely overcharged (about $1000) to simply tie two existing lines together when I was originally quoted $300.nnWe had an outdoor kitchen that was already pre-plumbed (aka the lines were in the ground and run to the crawl space) and just needed to be tied into the house and faucet. We also needed a simple drain installed for the sink which was also already plumbed except for the actual elbow attachment. I was quoted about $300 total for the work.nnThey charged labor time while their technician ran to the store... They show up with a work van but still don’t have what they need?nnI suggest doing an on-site estimate and showing up prepared. They did ultimately knock one hour of labor off ($90) but this really doesn’t make up for the fact that they were unprepared, required two trips out to the house, and charged for labor to pick up supplies because they were unprepared.nnThis is an abuse of the trust clients place in the contractors to do the work with their best interests in mind.nnI would have gone with another company and/or just done it myself had I known this.

Upon my very first call to Total HVAC, Kassandra was friendly and helpful from the get go. Not only did she go above and beyond to help with my questions, but she called me back, as promised, sooner than I would’ve ever expected. As the first point of contact for the company, she has made my experience one in which I will use them for all things HVAC now and in the future! Thanks so much for all of your help, Kassie!

Highly recommend! Woke up with no heat and gave them a buzz. I called them at 10 and they had my heat up and running by 2. Paul was very kind and fully explained my overall unite, what went wrong, and what to keep an eye on for in the future. Will definitely be using Total Group again.

I was dreading dealing with someone in my house today.. but the Tech was VERY knowledgeable.. he explained what I might want to have done, showed me the photos( mask , gloves, shoe protectors andnfrom a safe distance ) professional and friendly.
