Avoid Josh like COVID-19. The customer service at this store needs a lot of work. They will only help you if you are planning on buying from them right away. I walked in looking to test drive and learn more about a car. Josh walked up to me and asked how he could help. I told him I wasn't ready to buy right now, but very soon. His mood changed and he seemed like he was disgusted in me. He then referred me to another employee named Nate. Nate was much better at his service and he was very helpful. We then had to ask Josh for help again since he seemed more experienced. Nate went and asked him for help. Josh looked back at me again with more disgust and then said "I'll be back in 5 minutes". We then waited, and waited, and waited. Josh never came back to help. I looked around the corner and he was playing a game on his PHONE. I kept watching him and then he got up to help other people who had come into the store after me. After a FULL HOUR OF WAITING, I walked up to him and asked if he had done the task he promised to do. He looked annoyed and said "I'll do it for you another day". and walked away. If this store employs people like Josh, I'm scared to who else they hire. Nate was the only ray of hope for this store.

We were just looking at cars with Nate and he was amazing! We didn’t end up finding anything that worked for us tonight, but we will definitely be back and definitely be asking for Nate. He was so patient and kind even when we decided not to purchase anything. He told us he would keep an eye out for the right vehicle and call us if he finds something that fits our needs. I was so impressed with Nate and Young Kia. Thank you!!!

Ian Dews is the man! Do yourself a favor and buy a Kia from none other than him. The whole process was fun, positive, no pressure involved, professional, and there was always great communication. We ordered our vehicle 8 months ago and Ian was sure to keep us updated and return our calls and texts about the ETA on the car. Usually we feel nervous and pressured during the entire financing process, but we were so comfortable and relaxed we practically threw our money at them 🤣. Scott, Kyle and Jared at Layton Kia we're all personal and professional in what they do. Very knowledgeable professionals. I had to wait for delivery of the car I wanted and Jared promised to inform me of when it arrived. It arrived on time and he held up the end of his deal. Not only did they keep up there end, I got a great deal on the vehicle I purchased! My family and I will definitely be repeat customers! Highly recommend going and seeing these guys about a new Kia purchase. Thanks again guys! We love our Kia Telluride!

I came to this dealership with my friend to trade a car for her birthday. We came in 3 days prior, found a car she loved but was out of her price range So sales manager Jared came over to assist Travis who’s spent 5 years building relationship with my friend. He said we just got a car I can make all the numbers work for you it came in today off lease. We look at the car she falls in love with it the price is good payments are great. Only thing we didn’t take it that Saturday night because they need to put it through service fix the little ding in the window the rim and get it cleaned up. Travis had my friend sign a paper committing to the purchase of the Optima at $19,895 she signs we come back Monday her birthday to pick up the car. throughout the whole day Travis has been in communication with my friend even had her call her bank after getting her approved for her to get pre qualified so she did at no point did the price we were quoted on Saturday ever change. Today after her birthday dinner we go to pick up the car thinking things were going to be nice and easy Travis bought her a 30 pack of natural light And a small cake. They tried to pull a bait and switch suddenly they can’t find the documents they made her sign Saturday Now the car is $22,900 . Did they really think a 30 pack of cheep beer and a cake would make up for jacking the price up $2k then having the nerve to say they didn’t but can’t find the papers that were signed with the price she agreed to, then came back and said after repairing the chip in the window and running it through service That’s how much it cost them so now that’s how much they’re charging her. This might’ve been OK if it was communicated any time throughout the day and not made it seem as if they did not increase the price. Long story short this was the worst service ever when you come pick up a car that is your birthday gift and leave with the same car you came in all because they try to do a bait and switch. I would not recommend buying a car from Young Kia that’s how much it cost them so now that’s how much they’re charging her. This might’ve been
