Very helpful staff. They have your back when it comes to insurance issues. Very high quality of workmanship. When we picked up our car they had washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. I like how they go the extra mile to get you taken care of. I highly recommend.
I had to have major body work done after someone hit me and smashed the driver rear door, back end and bumper area. Layton Carcare's estimate was extremely close to the final cost (less than the estimate) . They were responsive to any questions/concerns I had and finished the job in the timeframe established, even a little early. The car looks great! You would never know it had been damaged. The finish looks perfect. Car was washed, vacuumed and clean when they brought it around at pickup. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for body work.
My son had an accident. He came to laytin carcare to get a quote. I looked at the reviews on line they looked great. I went in to schedule the repair and make sure everything was good. The guy looked at the quote and told me he would have charged an extra 400 to 509. I asked him what was included he went back in and came out with a new quote. First one 1530.85. Second one 2275.38 because they forgot some items. I asked them to do the work for the first printed estimate. They said no. I wont beusing them. Bait and switch. Very unhappy
My CarStar experience was more than I expected. They had my car for a few days to replace the bumper and remove scratches. My car looks great! They went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service and great quality.
