Had a great experience working with Brennan Z. to purchase a new car! He was very professional and courteous. He was VERY responsive to my calls and texts. Wasn’t sure what to expect with an out of state purchase, but it went very smooth.
This car buying experience was amazing, thanks to our sales lady Lynda! She never once made us feel pressured to buy, she was super easy to work with and got us the exact vehicle that we were looking for! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy, truly a great car buying experience!
The car buying experience was by far less painful with James W as our salesman. I have wanted a new car for ages but I just couldn't make myself step foot in a car dealership. Nothing much worse in my book. Ughhh. James W made the experience so worth it! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and provided excellent customer service. Signing the paperwork was a breeze. He kept me in the loop with text messages throughout the sale process. Overall I would totally purchase another vehicle from Cutrubus but definitely from James!
First off I just want to say that these specific salesman’s were so awesome. Their wasn’t any pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. I shopped around for different cars, but I’m loving my 2017 Volkswagen Passat. It’s amazing, I just want to thank “McKay, & Linda” for outstanding customer service, and there kindness towards me.
