The Fabric House

If you need fabric for any project, this is the place to go! Extremely nice and helpful employees. She showed me all around the store to show me multiple options for what I needed. Helped me find exactly what I needed.

This wonderful store has a plethora of fabrics! My salesperson, Randie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I searched for the perfect fabric. After a couple of choices on my part, she quickly figured out what I wanted and proceeded to find several other possibilities. I found exactly what I wanted at such a reasonable price!n————————————————————————nA couple of weeks ago my friend and I went back to The Fabric House, and our experience was totally different. We couldn’t find anyone to help us, and the employees sat behind the check-out area chatting. When an employee would help us, she would immediately go back to the area where most of the helpers were congregated. Then, we would have to wait again to get more fabric. I told my friend, “This is why The Fabric House received negative reviews.” We arrived right at the opening time, so there weren’t many other customers there. I love the fabric at this business, but I’m not sure if I would return or not if my decision was based solely on customer service.

The Fabric House was outstanding. Wide choices of good fabric's, and the lady that helped me, Martha Olker was great!

Honesty is a joke to them! The salesperson said yesterday that they could cut it into 9 pieces for me for free. Today, another salesperson said no, and can only sell me 1 piece! And called the previous salesperson on the spot to verify, She actually completely denied what she had promised me before, which was absurd. I have never met such a person who is not honest. If you are considering whether to buy fabrics there, consider other stores again.

Great selection of all types of materials
