Tyler worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. He did a great job. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He was up front and honest, highly recommended.

My niece took her car here and the manager in the service department definitely tried to get as much money from her as possible. I know better than to take a car to a dealership but I recommended this place to my niece. The service manager and technicians recommended that she get a new O2 sensor for 330 bucks. Way over priced! We took the car to another technician and found out the issue was as simple as the pins in the pig tail of the O2 sensor harness were bent and couldn't make contact with the O2 sensor itself. The technicians here can't even pay attention to detail and the manager doesn't even seem to care. Why should I take my car here or recommend any one to this place? Especially after the attitude that was exhibited by the service manager when I went with my niece to get her car. I told him we weren't getting it fixed here. He then tossed the keys on desk and we left. Horrible customer service.

UPDATE 10/9/20 WENT TO SALT LAKE AUDI AND MY WARRANTY IS STILL ON EFFECT AND THEY LOOK AT MY CAT FOR FREE. took my '19 Q7 for a service reminder light. Me being a female that nows very little about cars I took their word from the service writer Troy (not helpful) told me it was a full service required 500$ +/- I know Audi maintenance is not cheap but they telling me that was required and not a option.once I called my husband and he told me that they should do a oil change and a air filter replacement (that took care of the service light) The service department manager also was insulting by offering me a beer and then laughing...I have a ignition lock (DUI) Today my husband open the hood of the car and we are not sure if they even perform the service. 2 1/2 hrs later. For oil change and filter JIFFY LUBE IS BETTER Will not ever go back there "'0 STARS"'

There are several issues going on with this dealership. First, I’ll mention it’s a European import dealership. Import parts are higher, understandable and I knew that when I purchased my car. That being said, the diagnosis price is insane; the oil change price is almost double what I would pay at a smaller mechanic or JiffyLube. Could not tell me how long an “average” maintenance would take on this car (which is one of the most common models they sell). Unfortunately I decided to bring my car to the Audi dealership because almost all local mechanics in a 20 mile radius don’t advertise as import mechanics or they don’t handle imports at all or they seem flat out sketch OR there’s a scheduled out waiting list. With some of the mechanical issues, I needed it in ASAP. Which is why I’ll bite the bullet price-wise. The check in staff at the Audi service center was absolutely terrible and rude. Bad attitude, bad communication and a “you’ll have to live with what you get” mentality. Like I mentioned above, big lack of information being provided. He also told me it may taken longer than tomorrow (a FULL business day) just to simply tell me what the diagnosis is. Today is Thursday, this weekend is Labor Day Weekend, so they’re closed Monday. Based on his feedback, I made not even know what the heck is wrong with my car until Tuesday. I’m already afraid of what the overall cost will be when it’s finished. Like I mentioned, would have rather found a smaller imports mechanic to handle it in the Layton or Ogden area that could have gotten me in sooner than a week.

This last visit will be my very last visit to Cutrubus Audi and other Cutrubus establishments. My last visit was for a turbo boost sensor code that first popped up in 2017, which a tech repaired some wiring. Three years later the sensor is throwing codes again and Audi says, "replace the sensor". Well I got a second opinion and it turns out the wiring repair was done improperly. Wired correctly for $50 and NOT replacing the sensor the vehicle runs like a dream again. Not only that, but they wanted over $300 to replace the sensor that is $30 and is probably the easiest sensor to access in any vehicle (10 minute fix, including driving the car in and out of the shop). This visit was also mainly for an oil change and checking the coolant because the coolant level sensor was beeping. After inspection they said that the wiring to the sensor needed to be replaced and it would fix the problem. Low and behold after getting my car back there was NO COOLANT in the expansion tank. NONE! Who gives a car back to an owner with NO COOLANT!?!? The tank had a stained line in it so it appeared full, but it simply wasn't. Basically they didn't do their job. How do I know I even got an oil change at this point? My other problem here is the service representative Troy. Troy has no issue be extremely rude and honestly seems to have a very limited knowledge of car mechanics. He is arrogant and always short with customers. I am honestly surprised Audi has let him maintain employment, and as long as he is there I will never return. Complete disappointment in an establishment that should be taking pride in being a preferred location to actually fix your car. These techs seem to only know what the computer tells them, which is "recommend to replace everything".
