Steve the lot mechanic is very professional and fixed my car and it ran better than before!

My car has broken down four times one time there at the car lot coming out!! I purchased my first car with them and and had like 300 left to pay my car broke down they gave me a new one and signed me with them on a whole mother contract so I have another car note and It was just almost payed off I keep calling them and they never answer my car broke down 1 Day after I came and picked it up from just getting it fixed this time I come up there and they tell me I have to call the police someone took my tag and the car end up breaking down AGAIN 4 days later I’m out of work because I don’t have a car or money for one my child is 8 months he was in the car when it broke down I’m getting evicted by my apartment complex because I can’t pay rent cause I’m out of work and I’m giving the car lot money to fix my car and it keeps breaking down SAVE YALL SELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT GO TO THEM

I got a Pontiac through discount motors it broke down twice! The first time I paid out of my pocket to have it fixed and it broke down again a week later. This time I was told the motor went bad and I have to get a new car because there was no liquids in it which was a lie because I had just had all that checked the week prior! No lights came on the dash or nothing it just died!! I went back two days later and got a Chrysler PT cruiser! Now five months into having this car it broke down as I’m coming down the interstate with my son in the backseat! A day after I payed my note and they’re tell me they don’t know when my car will be looked at because they basically don’t have a mechanic! So I just payed my note and I’m careless for the second time through the same lot. I will never do service with them ever again after this and I wouldn’t refer anyone to them either! Pay a little more money and go some where that has a warranty and guaranteed to fix any problems...nUpdate: was told yesterday what was wrong with my car and it would be fixed and etc. fast forward to today and the mechanic was fired this morning and nobody knows when I’ll have my car back but they will be calling on the due date for their payment even though I’m still without a car! I do not recommend this car lot to anybody unless you want to break down shortly after.nUpdate: No mechanic to fix the car so sign the car over or have it towed to a mechanic like I’m just made of money when this COVID-19 got everybody out of work! Second car I done got back to back that broke down and they not doing a damn thing about it not even refunding me my damn money! For the two weeks I paid and still unable to drive!!!
