I'm not sure what happened......but they fired the whole staff a month or so ago, and the result is terrible. I just got a sub w bead that was really flat and undercooked, the cookies are ALWAYS hard, and twice out of the last week the soda I wanted was out. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. I work close to hear but won't be coming in much at all.

Amazing like usual however this time I experienced the watermelon cucumber juice thing that they have oh my goodness!!! Yummy

Not very friendly. Forgot to cut our sandwiches, very slow and onion still had the peeling on it.
