NEVER purchase a vehicle from here. They are dishonest & rude. I was told the vehicle I purchased was gone through & everything was great, 2 months later I have to replace the clutch AND transmission because they are unable to be decent humans & just be honest about vehicle issues. 1 week after purchasing, I had my temp tag stolen & called the dealership to let them know. Legally they have to provide a new one, but the man decided to argue & laugh at me when I told him the facts & that I would call the motor vehicle enforcement division. & magically the next day they had my plates. Save yourself the trouble & go somewhere else.

We just bought our 4th vehicle through Kevin with Hatchco auto. We called Kevib with a vehicle we were wanting him to look for and the price range we wanted and they found us the perfect vehicle for our family of 7. We will never buy a car from anyone else.

bought a diesel truck from them. I Test drove and thoroughly inspected while at the lot and everything was good. On the drive home and the transmission warmed up the transmission fluid starting pouring out of the top. We discovered the transmission housing was cracked on the top but only leaked after driving for 10-15 minutes and not when cold or in park. It was major leak when driving, and the transmission housing had to be replaced. I immediately spoke the the Dealership when I got home about the leak. They didn't get back to me. When I called again they said there was nothing they could do to help. I understand that cars and trucks get traded in that have problems and hatch co cant catch them all. My issues are: 1- I found the issue on the way home and called immediately and they said they wouldn't help. 2- I believe they were aware of the leak and washed off the liquid on the transmission housing in order to sell. Either way they sold me a truck with a bad transmission and it costs thousands to repair before I got to drive it.

We bought an 07 ram 2500. When i asked about a warranty, the salesman did not want to sell me one. Within 3 months of having it, the piston rings broke apart and dinged up the cylinders, so now we need a motor swap. $15000 repair bill and we've barely driven it. I'm sure we could've paid cash for the extra warranty, like we did for the amount the bank wanted down, but you said you didn't have any when i asked, but thanks for implying that my credit was the problem. We'd love you to help with the cost replace the motor. How shouldwe go about that?
