Working with rugged rentals was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. The staff was extremely nice the vehicles are in great condition and there was no crazy negotiations. The pricing is up front they don't have a ton of small additional fees that add up quickly and Dwight the owner is honest and easy to work with. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from this company
Awesome experience! Been in business for 28 years and it shows. This place is easy to miss if you're not looking for it, but I'm so glad we found it. No pressure and they are not in your face like other big dealers.
First of all, the car we were looking at was listed for $8000 below Blue Book and we got it out the door for $6000 under Blue Book. Dwaine was very helpful and honest. He had all the paper work he could have out and ready for us when we showed up, he got us an even lower interest rate with America First than we could have gotten ourselves, and he walked us through each of the papers we were signing and explained all the numbers to us as we went. Very straight forward, very honest, very good people. We left very happy. I have already recommended Rugged Rentals and Sales to multiple people. We hope they have what we are looking for when we are in the market for our next vehicle because we would definitely go back.
I never leave reviews, but this place deserves it 100%. We had an incredible experience buying from Dwaine! The price was unbeatable and he went out of his way to make things work for us. We will definitely be back when we are in the market for another vehicle.

Do yourself a favor and buy from Rugged! No pressure, great customer service, no sitting around waiting for someone behind a wall to negotiate price. Vehicles in great condition, priced below blue book. In and out in 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time and money with big dealers. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had by far! Look at this beauty!
