I love living here. The ladies in the office care so so much and it is so clear to us how much effort they put forward for their residents. They respond super quickly and whenever you have any problems whatsoever they will do anything they can to help. It’s so nice to live in a place where it is so clear that we are cared about! Thank you W2C!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They do not care about their residents AT ALL. Nothing works like it is supposed to. Just please for the love of god live somewhere else.

I’ve been living here for almost 6 months and My experience has been awful. Wouldn’t recommend living here for anyone, even if you are going to Winthrop University. It’s very over priced for what you are paying and I’m sure that there are other places to live that are the same price or cheaper then here.nnPros: don’t hear my roommates or my other neighbors from my room. If you get along with your roommates, not a bad place to stay.nnCons: Rooms and kitchen were not clean when we moved in like promised(had to wait 15 extra days for them to deep clean our apartment room and no cleaning was done, still paid a full months rent as well). Bugs all in our kitchen so I nor most of my roommates use it. The parking is unorganized with who parks where (especially with my situation with getting off at 5am and not having a place to park) and a far walk in the dark with no cameras anywhere. Walk2campus also likes to try to charge you for extra little things (for example: we had a trash can put outside of our door that was valet pickup. We got no email or anything telling us what this was so we just left it out there. My roommates then got an email telling us that we need to put this trash can inside of our room during the hours they don’t pick up or we would be charge $35 each. For a trash can that probably cost $15, you are gonna charge us $140???). The AC will stop working so it will get really hot at night when sleeping. AND the last thing is the internet, my god... I have never called an internet company so many times to help fix the internet because the people in the office don’t care too when it was out for 2 months. I called around 50 times and had 3 different people come out and not a single one had fixed the problem. They asked for my availability and came out when I was unavailableThe internet has been better but dose go out from time to time so hope you are not doing a test when they decide to cut it off.nnIf you read all of this and still want to live here, just don’t say I didn’t warn you. I still have another 6 months left to go living here but I doubt anything will change about my experience here. Also all of this could just be the building I live in (610) but im not sure. The one thing I learned living here is to do more research on where you live before signing a lease.

Absolutely love them! I have been living in a walk2campus house for two years and it has been the best experience. We have everything we could need, five huge rooms, a wonderful living room space, and a front and back porch. It’s super close to campus which is great! And our favorite part is the service and staff. They make us feel so special! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place to live. Me and my four housemates are forever grateful for the memories that we have made here.
