I have previously had this company come out to my home in previous years. So I thought it would be safe to continue using their services. Boy was I wrong, down to the unprofessionalism of even getting an appointment for a quote should have been a clear sign stay away.nIn my experience the quality of customer service literally went down the drain.nI was greatly disappointed of the quality of work and guidelines that they stand for. I on numerous occasions called them with my complaints of how the work stayed and not once did I get a phone call from Dave to see how he can make it better.nFrom now on I will never use that flooring company for my flooring needs.
Dave's flooring America is a great place to go if you are in the market for new flooring. Their showroom has an expansive display of all the current and popular styles of flooring! If you don't see quite what you are looking for the staff is great at finding exactly what it is! They treat you with respect and give you the time of day to answer any questions. Will definitely do business here again!!!!
Started with our kitchen and came back two more times to do the rest of our house. Staff in the store were very helpful, and the follow up and installation process was smooth. The only downside was how long it took to get in some of our flooring.
When shopping for my kitchen floor, I went to the place across the street first. After walking around for 20 minutes and no one approaching to see if they could help, I left. I went right to Dave's Flooring America and they have not disappointed me. They were attentive, and helped me quickly find the perfect floor that I didn't even know existed! We love our floor, and they are always ready to help as we have continued to remodel and needed adjustments.
Beautiful flooring, and nice people. However, poor customer service, follow through and commumication. A customer should not have to badger a salesperson to get quoting and measuring completed. Not sure how they stay in business with these kind of practices.
