Hardy Countertops and Floors

I will start by saying my review is mixed. Overall, my wife and I are happy to have our floors done and they look alright. Those are mainly where the positives end. My criticisms may be nit picky, but at the end of the day when i see alot of reviews claiming the utmost perfection and I'm not 100 percent happy, than I cannot leave a perfect review. First off is the execution of the actual job, which Isnt terrible, but i cant give it 5 stars.nThere are very obvious roller marks throughout the entire 650 square feet that we had done. It is in the base coat of stain, underneath the clear epoxy. I'm not sure if this is the standard with concrete coatings but it drives me nuts. There are also a couple areas where there is a blade of grass stuck on the stain, one spot where a paint chip was epoxied over, and the hallway to the laundry room where one of my wife's hairs was epoxied over which we can take some responsibility for. Second of all is the communication. It would have been great to even set up some kind of in person meeting before the project, but I basically gave up on that. I could always get ahold of chad but sometimes it took multiple texts to do so. Lastly, the guys who did the prep work beat our walls up quite a bit. Beings i am not a competent drywaller, this is also something I'm going to have to live with which also drives me nuts. I do not want to blast this company on facebook since it appears as though that is their main platform for marketing. At the end of the day we are happy with our floors to a certain degree. With that said, taking everything stated into account, I will likely not use Hardy in the future for our concrete finishing needs

Where to begin?! Chad and his crew came in and put down a Pearl white epoxy floor with a matte top coat. After we hit a few bumps in the road (or floor), we decided that we didn't really want the matte. Chad and his guys came out within a couple of days of inquiring about our problem, and were happy to help us get our floors perfect! ALL of the crew stopped and talked to our very talkative 3 year old on their way to and from the basement. Overall, our experience was fantastic! Chad is very quick to respond to emails (my most efficient way of communication), the whole crew was fast and efficient, and everyone was very personable! Would definitely recommend Hardy Countertops & Floors! Thank you, Chad for being so understanding!
