Our garden tub and short toilet were replaced with a handicapped accessible walk in shower of excellent quality and a tall very high quality toilet, we needed these replaced as we are caring for a family member who has Parkinsons with Dementia Greg was our sales rep he was very professional and caring he met our family member with the special needs and was good to explain what was going to be added to her bathroom, Zach was our installer again a very professional individual who treated our home with care and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom set up Thank you to the Bath Fitters crew for a job well done

Great company!! I was very impressed with the employees of Bath Fitters!! Professional and very conscience of the high quality work they do. As far as my tub/shower I love it. I'm not embarrassed any more when a guest wants to use my bathroom. Thanks Bath Fitters I will highly recommend your company! Kenny and Zach are awesome!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I submitted a request for a quote, was contacted, and an employee came out and provided me with pricing. The employee was great. The HORRIBLE part is that i told the employee that it doesn’t fit our budget. I then get a call from bath fitter and they said “the technician thinks he could maybe work with your budget” so i say ok, I’m not spending more than 3k. The employee came back and he was confused like me as to why they sent him out again. There’s some sort of disconnect between the local company and maybe corporate, but i need true calls and emails to stop. I’ve unsubscribed from their emails 3 times. If i get called or emailed again, i will sue.

Our installer Brandon was very good and caring, listened to our concerns and addressed each in an easy to understand way,awesome.
