Attended a special vaccination event on a Saturday. The front desk staff were friendly and service was lightning fast. Receiving my vaccine was quick and painless. Full staff was friendly, knowledgeable and everything was well organized. Best experience at an urgent care ever. Thank you!

Mrs. Dee and the other ladies at the front desk were amazing when it came to their customer service. Not only with me but with every one that walked in while I was there! Nurse and doctor was also amazing and very polite! Thank yall!

Im just being petty, because I sat in a room for like 20 minutes before seeing the Doctor but he did say that he was moving as quickly as he could to replace the other Dr. So nothing bad to really say, for the most part everything was quick and I'm pretty sure under normal circumstances things are 100% quick. The physical was about 5 minutes. The staff apologized for the short wait. On top of that I was extremely thirsty and they offered everyone a bottle of water and bag of pretzels.

The workers at Concentra are great they really care. I have been going there since September because I had an accident on the job. They make me feel better just going there.

Everyone was very professional. I was greeted and checked in immediately. I was called back within 10 minutes and taken care of. Great experience.
