I was very unhappy with this company, my mother is elderly she fell and hurt her rib cage and her leg and I tried to come with her to the location and they decided to tell me that I could not go back with her nor could I even wait inside I had to stand outside. I understand that it’s the time of Covid but my mom needed somebody with her and the fact that it’s raining and I drove all the way up here to be with her was very disheartening for me. If I could give this place a zero I would

If i could give a 0 i would. The staff there are very rude and they sit and talk about their coworkers. Worse experience!! Both times I’ve come. And do let it be close to closing time... they will tell you repetitively their closing. Uncomfortable.

My experience at Concentra was amazing. Awesome service from the receptionist to the doctor. I will recommend Concentra to anyone.

This is a late review, but I am on google now and wanted to leave one. I had to run to urgent care about a month ago to be seen due to a heavy cough. I was greeted at the front desk, advised where to safely sit, and was called back in just a few minutes! It really was not long at all!nnI really appreciate the doctor on duty. He was gracious, nice, polite, professional, and got me the medicine I needed and sent me on my way in no time. NO WASTED TIME! I LOVE THAT!nnThank you guys for hiring quality staff and partnering with quality physicians.

Front desk staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting room is always quite full. Waiting time to get to a room is more than 20 minutes and waiting time for the provider is the same.
