I actually just walked out of this office. I was referred here by my PCM for a issues with both of my knees. I saw Dr Michael Roberts and if could rate this experience a “0”, I would. I left in more pain than when I arrived and here’s why. Michael began to feel around my knee so I began to flinch. He could see that I was visibly in a lot of pain, I expressed this to him verbally at least 3 times how bad it hurts and guess what Michael did? HE PROCEED TO APPLY MORE PRESSURE ON MY KNEE!!!! He didn’t listen to me, he just CONTINUED to apply the same amount of pressure.Then he had the audacity to ask me, “Does it really hurt THAT bad?” As if he didn’t believe me. THEN he proceeded to tell me, “I’m a little puzzled as to why you’re in so much pain my friend...” My right knee is in twice the pain it was in before my arrival. This was the WORST experience I’ve had at any doctor of any kind. I will make sure that more people on other platforms/review sites are aware of my experience from today.

Folks there were friendly and courteous. Will be returning.nnThis is an update....nI've been there quite a few times since my review above. Got apt this week. Just wanted to say the place is the same but I do have a favorite doc there, Dr Dupuy! He is like the old days doctors that used to take a little time with you and explain things, not just walk in say how are you, check ipad, say you'll live or send you elsewhere. He is a genuine doctor!! Yes, forgive me but I am a bit partial.

Very friendly and professional staff. No long lines. Dr. Wendt was very kind and professional. This was the first time that I have been here. It a nice place with outstanding service. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very happy with my visit to OrthoCarolina for my shoulder injury. I found Michael Robert’s to be competent and professional. He explained my condition in terms I could understand and established a treatment plan. I highly recommend OrthoCarolina in Rock Hill.
