Physical Therapy Center / Waxhaw gets a five star rating from me. Dr. Blake listens carefully to my concerns each visit, assesses the situation , makes a careful diagnosis and plan of care and then implements it. He gives one on one attention to each patient. I appreciate his young sharp mind and “ can do “ attitude, his confidence, professionalism and the patient teaching he incorporates in his care. Within the first few visits I saw improvement in my situation. I will most definitely recommend Dr. Blake and his clinic to my friends in need of physical therapy.

Blake has greatly helped in identifying the areas of my body that needed strengthened in order to relieve numbness, tingling, and pain. He gave me the tools to strengthen those muscles and I am seeing improvement daily. He also has taken the time to listen, talk and pray with me over the issues in my life that have caused a lot of the pain in my body. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physical therapist who genuinely cares and works diligently to help restore you to your best.
