super friendly; My therapist, Adam, is a super nice fella. Sems like he genuinely cares about his patients....unlike Southeast Pain and Spine Care which is biggest collection of medical jerks this side of the Mississippi River. Palmetto Rehab is a place i feel comfortable recommending to anyone looking for help from injury
