The staff here is super friendly and patient.
Employees were letting people break in line. I know because the lady that was 4th went before three that had been waiting. The manager comes over telling me the rules and she was preaching to the wrong person. You get no help from the managers. They're a waste of time. Plus waited two hours and half. They need to have more training for managers and employees. I was told wrong information three different times. They all need to be on the same page when giving out information. The lady that waited on me today was nice and I got what I needed. The lady at the door let me sit inside. Thank you!
No one knows what they are doing except one black guy and one black women. Every time you go in there someone in the booths is asking for help. I have yet to go to the dmv and not have to wait for a agent to ask for her on knowledge they should already know from proper training.

Agents are very friendly and will normally get you out of there quickly. Getting in is a different story. This is painful!! I was there at 7:45 am on a Friday to register a new car. I waited until about 9:30 to get in, sat down with someone and was told then that I had to go to the auditor's office first. When I got back from the tax office, I had to check in and wait all over again. I didn't get done until 11:30. You almost have to burn a full vacation day just to get something done, makes me not want to buy anymore vehicles.....
