Used the lot for 4 months in 2015. A pleasant half mile walk to work on Tryon St, past the Knights Stadium and a park. The lot was always clean and they stood by their word and provided closer alternative parking when it was full once or twice. Yes, they did raise the monthly rate without notice, so that wasn't pleasant, hence 3 stars, but 5.

Location was convenient to get to the game, but the parking structure needs some work.

I tailgated with friends for the Falcons vs Panthers game. Parking was $40, but we were only a couple blocks from Bank of America Stadium & across the street from BB&T Ball Park. Nice clean lot.

All Preferred Parking lots have great parking, good rates and they are everywhere!!! So, stop burning all of your gas looking for somewhere to park just look for Preferred Parking signs and if you are with me, you won't have to spend a Dine!!! Lol!

A bunch of JERKS! Customer Service means nothing to these people. They make thousands every day with people parking and will not work with you at all. They raise their monthly rates without warning. Stay away!!
