It could have better security. It's convenient. Good prices as long as you don't have to use it everyday.

Parked in the Gateway Village deck, had to pay twice to get out of the deck. Paid inside on 2nd floor then had to pay again at exit. Talked with LAZ multiple times by email, had to provide a photo of my truck in the deck, copy of the charges on my credit card, finally gave up trying to get reimbursed.
