I had ordered 13 pizzas 2 days ahead for a birthday party on a Saturday. 3 pepperonis and one of each of the other pizzas. When ordering online it had said they were out of beef so I had called to ask if they’d have beef before Saturday and the guy on the phone had said yes and made a note that I did want beef. I even called that Friday to make sure and the lady said she and everyone already knew about the order so I felt assured that it was going to be correct! The day of the party of course I was busy so I sent my dad to pick up the order. He of course didn’t check all 13 pizzas when picking them up. I already had guests here and when I saw that none of the pizzas that had beef didn’t have beef on them and they gave us another cheese pizza instead of a taco (I was upset about it’s my favorite) I couldn’t call and have them fix it because I couldn’t make the guests wait to eat. I had also put in the order “well done please” and the pizza bottoms were completely white some to the point where you couldn’t even hold the pizza straight and eat it and the toppings just fell off of it. To say the least I’m very disappointed caseys is my favorite pizza but I guess I won’t be doing anymore big orders from them in the future!

We will not be attending this Casey’s again. Disappointed. Got looked at multiple times waiting for a sub no one offered to help instead we got told to wait while they grabbed someone else. Managers avoided guests even while looking at them. 2 people at the check out one couldn’t stop what she was doing while there was 7 people on line. Very rude. It was lunch time and should have been more proactive about everything. Not professional at all!
