I recently had my play “A Southern Girl’s Got To Have It” performed at The Sylvia Theatre. The owner, Cagney, could not have been nicer and more accommodating to myself and the other performers. This is a venue that truly respects artists! And the audience had a great time too! They were able to have a drink from the bar, sit back and enjoy the show in a beautiful, historic venue! I look forward to having my comedy troupe, The Hot Mess Players, perform there again!
Lots of mojo here. A great place to see live music or a family movie. Very affordable prices. And where else can you go and enjoy a glass of wine with a kids movie?
The Sylvia Theater is not open at this time. It will be nice when it is.
Such a special place to see a movie or a show. Built over 100 years ago. Friendly staff. Cool vibe.
