This hotel was clean, modern and the front desk staff was amazing!! I also felt safe from getting covid-19. They followed safety guidelines and social distancing.
Please check your luggage and items before leaving, the service staff will steal valuable items. I lived in Room 503 on January 22nd 2021, and I left on January 25th 2021. I kept Apple AirPod in my work bag. One day after I left, I found that the pair of wireless earphones in AirPod was missing. When I left, I only checked the charger box, and did not open the box to check the inside. I called Holiday Inn and the front desk manager only said that he would reply to me after the investigation. By January 30th, 2021, there was no reply yet. Please be careful to live in this Holiday Inn
Hotel was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the first room we were put in the toilet was broken and the second room the TV was broken! Overall it was nice and the lady at the front desk was very friendly.
