We walked in and walked out. Room was disgusting. Mold on the ceiling, mini-fridge was hanging open, filled with ice and frost. I have no idea what was on the door. The mold was the biggest problem. And an attempt to correct it, the next room over was the best they could do.
Asked a few questions about what's offered was told free breakfast but when I arrived I was told no free breakfast I asked what do they do instead ? I was told nothing I canceled your reservation get out of the building and leave the parking lot I'm calling the police.... I asked wait what you canceled my reservation can you print out a paper showing canceled? No I called the police leave the property now.... I guess they dont like midwest people here its obvious I'm from Chicago with my midwest accent....... confused how easy I was told reservation canceled and leave the property then a person behind me shook there head and said that's unnecessary and he canceled his reservation and left...... surprised this location is even in busines
Roaches I'm in the room put my drink down and next thing I see is a lil roach crawling from under phone straight towards my drink. Needless to say I didn't eat or drink anything else. the last straw was we were sleeping and a roach was crawling up the blanket. We were supposed to check out today we left yesterday.
None of the lights work no microwave or refrigerator. Tv broken. The only thing that worked was the ac and that was noisy and leaking. Would not recommend to anyone poor management and customer service
Never stay here the rooms smell bad blankets stink the hall stinks they should donate this hotel to the homeless so they can stay warm nobody should ever pay for these rooms they should be condemned
