The rooms are wonderful, great atmosphere and restaurants within walking distance. Only issue I had was during checking in the lady told me our total which was great, but she didn’t advise there would be an additional fee to hold until check out. The next morning I received a email that stated my grand total was actually more than the first price she told us. I really think the taxes and fees should be told to guess durning checking in as the grand total. My card was swiped for a certain amount but charged completely different before checking out.
Looks amazing. I noted the southern theme downstairs doesn't include any pictures of anyone black. Everyone was very nice. Asked for trash bags then went upstairs had lost my key card, went down to get another one. Housekeeping let me into my room, I got another key card, but the trash bags were forgotten. . Good location food, activity, transportation wise. Not so much on the peace an quiet. At least not a room on the side of the interstate. Very clean, except in the first room we had for 2 nights we found a random leather glove behind the little table next to the desk. Overall nice presentation. I didnt like the mess the walk in showers create(to each their own)
I have stayed at this hotel before. In the past I really like it. Not anymore. We checked in Friday night and went out all day Saturday. When we returned at 10pm the two garbage pails in fron of the hotel doors were overflowing with garbage. It was piled up everywhere. When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. When I called the front desk I was told they were no longer cleaning rooms. Excuse me!! How do you get towels and toliet paper. The answer, you call or come down and get it. If I had know that I would never have good this hotel. To top it off, they brought up two blue kids sized towels and two washclothes. No hand towels and not shower mat. I will never again stay at this hotel. Don't waste your money!!
Very good location with some great restaurants around. Like the staff and cleanness of the property.
We stayed here for my wedding that we had at venue near by. The service me and my guest got was amazing. The hotel is super clean and everything was kept at sanitary standards. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay
