Needs updates. It was clean. Our beds were very firm. Pillows were soft

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. My daughter and I checked in dropped off our luggage and noticed that the screws were loose on the swing bar door guard. Maintenance came and fixed that immediately. After that, my daughter and I went to get dinner and go to a sporting goods store. When we arrived back, it was time to for bed. My daughter took a sleeping pill and fell asleep. I started putting away our cold stuff in the refrigerator and there was a roach under the dresser where the refrigerator was. Then there was a roach on the wall near the window that I proceeded to kill.nAfter that, I realized the refrigerator wasn't getting cold. So I put all my stuff back in my coolers and added ice to them.nAs I was about to take a shower, I went to lock the door. The dead bolt would not align up to lock.nnI went to the front desk and told the guy working all the issues. My problem was then two fold. My daughter was asleep because of the medicine she has to take and the problems with the room. I told the attendant I was uncomfortable and felt uneasy staying. I told him I was going to check out the next morning and not staying my full stay. He told me he'd be upfront when I left since I was leaving so early. He wasn't there someone else was and he only asked where the roaches were and didn't offer an apology or discount.nnI will not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and nice. Service was very good.

Very clean and quiet. I would recommend this property. Just know when we come back to SC this will be our new place to stay. Love this place

If you're in Rock Hill for a softball tournament I recommend this hotel. 5 minutes from Cherry/Hargett Park. Rooms are clean and modern and priced well. I thought the bed was super comfy. This is our go to hotel in Rock Hill.
