I have stayed at this hotel few times before. My son lives in Ballantyne and I am from NJ. The check in was so nonhospitabl. She was rude, told us we had to fill out a card for breakfast. No maid service. No fresh towels. Dead bug in hall for two days. called for towels never came. No one at check out desk on departure. Will never stay here again. The room is hot or cold all night. Horrible
Cleanest hotel I've stay at in along time, very helpful staff (austin) perfect staff ,very quite i recommend this hotel for anyone ,5 stars it should be a 10 stars great place
Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Big tv in room.
Great Staff and Very good tea (in my opinion)nbut the food isn't so good, its pretty much defrosted but deserts are nice and taste good
