The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and warm. All of our interactions with the various personnel were wonderful and they are the best feature.nnThe rooms are dated, and hopefully will get an upgrade. There were crumbs and hair in the room, so I think they forgot to vacuum.nnThe location is convenient to the highway and we could see Carowinds amusement park from the hotel.

No facial tissue in the room. No ice on the first floor. Housekeeping very loud 8 a.m. in the morning. Other than those, it was worth the price.

Excellent service, quality, and value. Close to interstate. Coffe is great. No noise. Inside doors to rooms. Easy reservations. Very good price.
