Excellent Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. Well Managed. Rooms above expectations. Pool a little small but nice. 5 star recommendation. We will be back !!!!

I will start with the positives: they were dog friendly, location worked well for us, the staff was very friendly, it was newer and clean.nnWe are thankful this was not our 1st experience with a Home2 Suite or it probably would be our last.nnNow for the areas of needed improvement:nthe breakfast was a joke - we have been in several hotels this year and all had better options. we were there almost a week and our fruit choices were red or green apples - bananas would have been nice since cheerios was the only non sugary cereal. The only protein was a hard boiled egg - nut butter would have been nice. Yogurt available but no toppings - consider some granola bars. Bagels but no way to toast and no toasters in the room.nnThe room - We realized there was no bar in the closet area after we returned from dinner. Went to front desk & they offered for us to move to the same type of room but it wasn’t handicap accessible which we didn’t ask for or need. (Still trying to figure out why we didn’t get this room from the start) Decided after 8 hours of traveling and partially situated with dog, we wouldn’t move. She would ask them to put a bar into our room. The next day I confirmed the bar was requested and told them there were also drawer pulls missing. They never fixed anything. Didn’t even bring hangers so we could use door knobs.nnWe added a few days on to a personal trip. Gave the corporate card and then switched over to personal. Just realized they charged everything to the personal card.nnReally disappointing.

Great location right off the Interstate. Beds were so comfortable!! Also, walking distance to several restaurants.

Great Tesla owner hotel. Made reservation and this hotel has 3 tesla chargers and 1 J1632 charger. Room was impecable clean and great amenities.

It was awful when they told us they over-booked and didn't have a room for us. What's the point of a reservation? But they were so kind to book us in a hotel 30 minutes away. No thank you.
