Comfy Bed! Spacious Room! Nice Flooring!nOnly Thing I Didn't Like Was The Small Bathroom & There Was No Shower Curtain On The Rod ud83eudd14nBut I Went To The Front Desk & Mentioned It & He Brought One To My Room Not Even 2 Mins Later. So All Good ud83dude01

Where do I begin? So apparently this hotel has been doing renovation for at least 6 months. The male at front desk was the only pleasant person. ISSUES: ROACHES, door paint chipped, Ceiling peeling, burn holes in sheets, apparently the mattress doesn’t sit evenly because it leans. Both ice machines are out of order. Vending machine not their responsibility but it’s broke also. I just felt uneasy and stayed two nights. I’ll just book downtown rock hill and pay the extra because this is A NO GO. DO NOT RECOMMEND even for the price. Might as well find something cheaper if you don’t care about the conditions.

We stayed in this facility Friday and Saturday nights this weekend. Our room was a king, no smoking. In the middle of the pandemic, I understand the locked off lobby for check in; I have no issues with safety precautions. The room was nice enough, except for the big black cobwebs over the door, the lack of battery and cover over the smoke detector, dangerously slick bathtub, the entry door appeared to have been kicked in and was wobbly when closed, the bathroom door latch had only one screw in it and was loose, countertop above refrigerator was sticky and hadn’t been cleaned, and the floors weren’t real clean. Most of all, our room wasn’t cleaned on Saturday—the bed not made or the trash emptied. For $84 I don’t expect a Crown Plaza; but I expect better than this. Oh, and my daughter saw a condom in the parking lot! I have stayed in many Days Inn facilities, but we won’t return to this one.

I always stay here. Everyone is nice, and willing to help in any way they can. Its clean, and mostly quiet.

Why my stay is so great as of now because. The team here treat the customers like a human being and not a alien or wild animal.
