Rooms are not nice at all. No winter blankets on the bed. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room (that part doesn't really bother me) and had to wait 20 minutes for the desk attendant while she was outback smoking with her boyfriend and a toddler before I could check in. Would not recommend this hotel. Stop in Richburg at the Motel 6. Much nicer place.
Clean rooms. Could use new dressers. My room had missing drawers and no extra roll toilet paper. Linen and towels looked very clean. Good room for a reasonable price.
I made a reservation, got an email confirmation and they took the money from my bank account. The housekeeper, who doesn't speak English, came to my room and started babbling off at the mouth. I couldn't understand a thing she said. I called the office and nobody would answer the phone. The office came to my door, they called the police told them I was trespassing and denied they took my payment. I had to call corporate and wait 5 days for my money to be refunded. The room had bugs and needed some repairs.
Complete junk.. Outdated rooms unfriendly service and not worth the asking price would recommend the Bestway Inn over this.
We arrived late, walked in and noticed there was no deadbolt. We locked the standard lock and crawled straight into bed. Upon awaking, we realized aside from the beds seeming to be clean, the rest of the room was not clean. The bathroom door was dirty on both sides, stuff on the bathroom walls, a hole beneath the counter in the wall, and built up dirt and grim on tile/baseboard. It’s been at least a year since I’ve stayed anywhere and during these times when there should be heightened cleaning and sanitizing, there appeared to be no effort put forth in cleanliness. As someone whom has worked for a resort, I would be mortified to put someone in a room like this. Please consider the health and safety of the guests when implementing cleaning procedures. I wouldn’t return here.
