Nice decor and very clean. Gerald was exceptional at check in and then he took the time to check on us later to make sure the room was ok. We had a great experience and would stay again!
I would like to be able to give 4.5 based on the location, decor and modern rooms. However, having to change rooms twice due to a lack of professional cleaning, leaves much to be desired. I opted to just deal rather than change a 3rd time, as there were more pressing issues that did not allow for such time. Im disappointed in the lack of concern in compensating me as these issues continued throughout my stay. The room was not cleaned each day, and the towels were not replenished. There was trash in the hallway that remained there throughout my stay which again indicated a lack of attention to detail. Kudos to Gerald for having a great personality. I definitely feel that more should be done on my behalf.
Cambria is always our brand of Choice and this Cambria is no exception.nClean , comfortable spacious and well appointed rooms are just the tip of the iceberg.nThe staff are all very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your every whim.nThe full bar and restaurant make it easy to settle in for the night and take advantage of all this new property has to offer.
Gerald was the epitome of fine customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel was SO LOUD!! Nothing could drown out our neighbors. The beds could have been more comfortable. We checked in late and checked out early - did not use any amenities, not even a Kcup - why is the $50 incidentals fee still on my card? Compared to another hotel we stayed at a few towns over, this one was $100 more expensive and worth far less money. Except for Gerald. If that $50 incidentals fee goes directly to Gerald, y’all can keep it.
Love the style of the hotel rooms and staff was great. Reason for the 3 stars is because I could hear the people above us each night we were there and slept pretty awful. Comfortable bed though!
