The Jeff at the front desk was just awesome, and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and very close to the sports and events center. The prices are a great deal too.
I’m giving this no stars. We came here late at night to sleep while driving to Florida from PA. The entire hotel wreaks of cigarettes and odoban. The halls aren’t vacuumed. Then we went to our room, there was dirt all over the floor, tobacco on the desk, dirt in the dresser drawers stained/yellow sheets and BROWN stains under the fitted sheet on a mattress cover. I’m not a high maintenance person by any means but this hotel was absolutely unacceptable and i have video proof. They should really start looking into how they manage and clean their hotel.
Jeff was the friendliest person that made me feel welcome. Great customer service on night shift. Rooms nice...cozy
The room was outstanding but the TV REMOTE wasn't working, had to physically touch channel button in TV. Very comfortable slept good.
The place is dated, but the rooms are big and the beds are super comfortable. The staff is always helpful and nice.
