When we got into the room there was a cigarette smell when the room was supposed to be a non smoking room. The sheets were dirty with stains from who knows what. The floor was tacky and there were multiple constant puddles from the sink area and the bathroom had what appeared to be mold growing on the ceiling. The microwave and mini fridge was both dirty. We even found a roach in the fridge. Only reason its 2 stars instead of 1 is because the price was super cheap.

The Receptionist when I arrived didn't even return my greeting. She just said ID, sign here, room ...I requested for non smoking room and when I entered the room it smelled horribly of smoking. The chair and the blanket had obvious marks of burns from cigarettes or whatever the people were smoking!! I couldn't open the door from inside because the handle was broken. The tub was clogged. I left around 7 something am and the receptionist was very nice and friendly

Unacceptable service requested a refund due to bed bugs biting and after 6 days of calling and messages I still have not received my refund. Simply ridiculous.

I found a dope bag behind the night stand next to the bed when i was plugging my phone in. Other than that can't complain for the price, cheapest I could find last minute. Quick and easy check in
