Clean, well lit lynx station with easy access to uptown. Plenty of parking if you're just not into Charlotte traffic. It only takes about 15-20minutes to get to 7th street once you're on the train. Maybe not even that... trains run every 15 minutes or so.

(I used to be a big fan of the light rail) After a couple months of serious light rail delays causing many to be late to work, crowded trains causing us to be concerned for our safety and ZERO help from customer service I now want nothing to do with the light rail or CATS’. As someone who works in customer service it astonishes me that they don’t care about helping their monthly pass holders with a discount who have had to pay park when they drive bc the light rail never showed up...Just ridiculous! & now they’ve blocked me for no reason so I can’t even be notified about light rail delays coming up. I’m speechless and would never recommend the light rail to anyone!!

The station is dirty, the machines are constantly damaged, I have had to call several times when the machine keeps the change or does not print a ticket, the security is terrible, the elevators smell bad, I've had two incidents with people who aggressively They ask for money, these people seek to intimidate the passengers with shouts and threats
