So pleased to be able to go inside at the public library!! I was in and out in 10 minutes with books to share with my children!
Horrible service. Librarians were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My family was so surprised of how bad we were treated while we were there. Not wanting to help. They were very difficult to work with. Our daughter wanted to check in some books and was told “drop them in the box over there” she was trying to help save them time but they didn’t care. She wanted to check out some books and was ignored for 5 minutes. I had to ask someone to help us and she said that window is closed and no one is working there. And was very reluctant to help even after my daughter stood there for 5 minutes. Worst service we have ever seen at a library. The Lake Wylie Branch is the BEST!! Do not go to the York branch.
Beautifully set up library! Easy to find everything you are looking for. Very friendly, and helpful librarians.nLooking forward to many happy trips to this library!!
Nice library! They have started doing more activities for kids. Check out their website for current activities and services. They have a vault door on display by the entrance pretty cool.
