They are the best!! Brittany always takes great care of me and makes sure I'm comfortable the whole time! Dr. Prescott is easy to talk to and a great dentist! Everyone is super nice! Bonus mentions: Bre, Hayley & Ashley are always so sweet and great to talk to!!

I never write reviews like this, but Dr. Prescott is easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He does wonderful, high-quality work,nand his staff is so easy to schedule with, and totally lovely. My son needed a decent amount of work done and when we come in, Dr. Prescott is so fun and goofy with my son, and does EVERYTHING to make him feel comfortable. My 6 year old legitimately looks FORWARD to coming to the dentist. I could not recommend this place more highly.

In September 2019 my entire family went to the practice for our six month cleaning. While we were there, we were told the doctor would not be seeing us; he was not in the office. In my lifetime, I have never had this happen. X-rays were taken. The doctor never looked at those x-rays. Our six month visit was due in March 2020 and was canceled due to Covid. I called multiple times to rescheduled. I had two daughters in tears over pain. The soonest they could get us in was late October 2020 - over a full year since our last appointment. It took everything for me to get these appointments in place. Come to find out, two of my daughters require root canals. We are seeing a new dentist and she showed us X-rays and pictures of rotted teeth!? I have premium dental care! How does this happen? We went back to Prescott to ask and he acknowledges he never looked at last year’s x-rays! He had five months to get our daughters in there - to take care of an issue - long before it got to root canal status! We are sickened by all of this! He has literally cost us thousands of dollars and my girls now have lifelong issues with their teeth.

Dr Prescott and his team provide wonderful dental care. My family and I travel from Charleston in order to receive dental treatment from him. He’s FABULOUS!!! Check him out for your dental needs!!
