This wasn't even close to being our first car buying experience, but it was the best by far. The guys at Next Step Auto were polite, professional, and went out of their way to make the buying experience as stress free and comfortable as possible. They were easy to negotiate with and we feel we got a fair deal, and even after the deal was complete, they went out of their way to make sure they followed up on every detail of the agreement. The vehicle was clean, detailed and looked like new when we drove it away. The large dealerships in town could take a lesson from these guys on how to sell cars and treat buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them down the road. Thanks Scott and Bailey, you guys were awesome!

I purchased a truck from Next Step last week and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I live 4+ hours south of Layton so there was a lot of communication that happened over the phone. Scott was able to answer all my questions quickly and made me feel confident about the truck before I saw it. I was able to fly up to SLC and Bailey from the dealership picked me up at the airport. Keep in mind the SLC airport is about 30 mins away from the dealership and they were happy to do it. When I picked up the truck, it was clean and the tank was full of gas. Overall my experience with Next Step Auto Sales was professional and everything you would expect from a first class dealership. Thanks Scot and Bailey!

These guys are amazing!! No hassles or haggling, no pushy salespeople, very friendly and down to earth. The vehicles are in fantastic shape and priced right. I can’t say enough about how they treat their customers. !!Fantastic!! Scott was a pleasure to work with, I don’t think I’ve ever had this great of an experience buying a vehicle. Inviting and friendly atmosphere, staff is awesome,. Scott should get salesman of the decade in my opinion, he had all paperwork ready to go, carfax and previous history already prepared without even mentioning it, completely straight forward and honest during the whole experience and got back to me through text very quickly with all of my concerns and questions, can’t thank these guys enough for the great experience and my fantastic new RAV4!!

They are INCREDIBLE!!! Scott is so personable and informative. He is very organized, no hassle, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He provided the best service I have ever experienced! I have been to many different dealerships and dealt with many sales people and I will always come back to next step auto and Scott for any future purchases. Recommend 10/10 The vehicle was clean but definitely not very clean in the smaller and normally seldom used/cleared out places of the car.
