Installed the 120 ton module chillers 10 months ago and every day they trip out on one alarm or another. Trends show no external issues and have no Idea what a Global or S1 alarm is and every day I have BACNET alarms also. Customer service is great from the factory. But you are only as good as your installer.

Picking up a load here. They make some kind of machines and for me. A little slow but this may be the norm for a facility that makes what they do. Had a 4 o'clock appointment but looks like I may be here til 7 or 8 to get these machines. Not great when you are on a timer. They do have a large gravel parking lot if you arrive early.
