I was very timid about modifications on my 2013 v6 mustang . Ryan assured me things would be covered and they were . I was a mechanic for Polaris and have modded recreational vehicles in the past with big bore engines and port work so I know the attention to detail you need . They did a tune and gears for it and seat of the pants it was awesome. I loved the new found power and and fun factor. I'm definitely going to be back for more mods.
I've been taking my '70 Dodge Charger here 5 or 6 years - for both big and small jobs. As most people know, they do excellent work, and they know their stuff. It seems, though, that if you work with an automotive shop long enough, eventually your relationship will be tested by some unusual circumstance (cars are funny that way). I had one of those circumstances this summer, and Excessive went out of their way to make it right. That's great customer service. Two thumbs up.
