WOW!! This is the first time I have lost power and when I called to report the outage I spoke to a VERY NICE lady-not an automated machine. The crew had my power restored in an hour and my Carolina Connect worked through the outage. Thank you for your exceptional customer service on all levels!!

This 5 star is due to a manager who truly is a good person. Very understanding and humble. I can't thank them enough for their willingness to work with me during a rough time. Even though the electric bill can be a bit costly, individuals of this caliber can be the difference between a very dark time and having light(s) during the darkness. Mr. Guy , thank you for your help and all you do for the community. Sometimes something as simple as a 'yes' can be such a huge relief and glimmer of hope to a family you have never met.
