Used to work at this particular store years ago. I have to say that things have changed since I did, no longer will you get greeted when you walk in the door. You basically stand around waiting on someone to notice that you need help.
We should have just went to the Vans outlet in NMB. They are a lot nicer and more helpful and WAY less expensive. Upon entering we were not greeted and even tried saying hello to an employee who just stared at us and went around the corner. Thanks for that hospitality. The shoes were WAY overpriced and the girl at checkout looked like she would quit at any second.nnRack room did NOT pass the vibe check. And if I didn't need the shoes (as were mine were falling apart) I would have just went to Vans.
