I lived here for several years. I wouldn’t even consider a mobile home until the salesman took us to Owens upon driving in I said now we’re talking!!! It was a beautiful place to live, we loved it there. The Owens run a tight ship that’s why it’s so nice, if there are negative reviews from people it’s because they don’t want to obey the rules, the rules are what makes the place a 5 star park!! It was wonderful visiting with all the neighbors and the owners were like family to us. It’s the best mobile home park in Myrtle Beach, they work hard to see that it stays that way

As a Myrtle Beach native I have lived all over the Grand Strand and this is by far the nicest place I have ever lived! The grounds are beautiful and always well maintained. The gate offers added security for me and my family. The owners at Owens are always helpful and willing to solve any issues I may have, big or small! Hoping to stay here for many, many years to come!
I think Owen is such a mean human being when I went there to look at home he was just very nasty.id never recommend going there I'd rather be homeless.inthis day age you have to treat people the way you want to be treated.oern is just nots likeable person.
We searched high and low to find a safe, comfortable and convenient location for our parents to reside. Once we stumbled across Owen's Mobile Homes our decision was easy. It is a gated community which is extremely well kept and close to everything. The owner's of the park are extremely nice and truely care about our parents happiness and well-being. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable community, this is it.
